No conversation, No words.
They have nothing else to say to each other, so it's left at that. The girl, walks away, slowly, gracefully. The man, runs away, quickly. Years later they end up face to face. again. What has brought them together again? Was it fate? Was it destiny? Or did it just "happen" They looked at each other as it the other was dead.
Once again silence overcame them...
They stand, just stand No words, No conversation.
the numbness.........I can't see you.... I can't be with you.... I want you to hold me, to hug me. But that won't happen.....ever. A tear falls from my eye. mixed with make-up, it makes a black streak down my face you tell me we'll be together, but i can't believe it will i see it. thats just how i am..... i just need you with me..............the numbness.........
(if someone took a knife and jabbed it into my heart, i wouldn't feel it....because of the numbness i feel without you....)
